  • IT Risk Executive
    Job Description

    The primary purpose of this job role is to establish and manage company-wide IT risk management and compliance to IT policies through risk assessments, compliance reviews, and communication including security awareness activities.


    Reporting to the IT Risk manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following: Formulation and maintenance of IT security policies and technology risk management frameworks

    • Work closely with the different divisions on implementation and enforcement of IT compliance requirements
    • Track and review the completion of the follow-up of IT audit issues
    • Work and coordinate with auditors on IT audit activities
    • Plan and conduct informatoin security awareness trainings
    • Plan and work on adhoc projects (e.g., co-ordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, source code security reviews, etc)
    • Technology Risk Management Committee (TRMC) secretarial and coordination role
    • Facilitate and review IT DRP

    Job Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with at least 3 to 4 years of experience with preference given, in such order, to areas of technology risk management, IT audit, or IT security; especially experience from finance or other regulated industries
    Certification in CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent preferred

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Knowledge of Technology Risk & Information Security policy formulation, administration and governance structures
    • Knowledge of MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines advantaged
    • Knowledge of financial services, clearing house, payment systems and corresponding regulations advantaged
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Effective writing and communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Senior / System Administrator
    Job Description

    The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of short term operational target and provide system and database support to internal and external customers.

    • Perform system administration in a heterogeneous environment comprising of Sun Solaris Servers and Windows-based Servers
    • Implement operating system and product-specific security hardening & patches
    • Perform performance tuning and capacity planning
    • Work in a team to implement the underlying processes supporting IT service management, such as configuration management and incident & problem management

    Academic Criteria & Professional Certification

    • Has a Diploma / Degree in IT discipline
    • Preferably, attained MCSE and Sun Certified System Administrator certification

    Experience and Technical Skills Set

    • At least 2 years experience in system administration and support on Unix systems (eg. Sun Solaris, Linux) and Microsoft Windows systems
    • Experience in administration of IBM WebSphere MQ
    • Experience in administration and support of SAN
    • Experience in performing OS hardening and patching
    • Experience with enterprise backup and system monitoring & management software
    • Able to write scripts in both Unix and Windows-based environment to automate tasks
    • Preferably, with some experience in database administration
